At Bars Boxing you can learn mixed martial arts as a discipline. Our goal is to teach techniques and drills you would find in elite fighters gyms and make them accessible to everyone. Our students spend their time equally between overall physical conditioning, stand up techniques (Kick Boxing & Boxing) as well as some grappling techniques(Judo and wrestling) and situational self defense. The guiding principle of our schedule is that every technique must be able to be performed against a resisting opponent in live drills. At Bars Boxing you can study and perfect:
  • boxing skills
  • high and low kicks
  • defence using arms and legs
  • grappling and take down techniques

Training is conducted three times a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
The line-up/roll call is at 8:15 pm. The entire practice runs for about 1 hour and 45 minutes, until 10:00 pm.
The usual course of training is as follows:
  • Conditional training (about 30 minutes): running, streching, push ups, sit ups, shadow boxing, special boxing exercises.
  • Exercise sparring (about 30 minutes)
  • Free fighting sparring (about 30 minutes)
  • Streching, cooling off (about 30 minutes)
